You can add your own unique signature to Stillwaters with a newly constructed home. The purchase of a home also includes owning the lot. All lots are a minimum of 6,300 square feet and give the feeling of spaciousness, allowing for a number of beautiful green spaces.

For those who have already sold a home or need a new home more quickly, spec homes are available at various stages of construction, from bare foundation up to fully enclosed and ready to add interior touches.

Our ground level garden apartments and duplexes fit in perfect harmony with the single-family residences throughout Stillwaters.

Lot Availabilities

With only 75 of 120 acres in Stillwaters Estates developed, there are still plenty of lots from which to choose. Our lots are sold as a Lot & Home Package. We cannot sell lots separately.
