Windsor Duplex: Currently we don’t have any duplexes available. 

Spacious kitchen with counter space & all appliances are included.

1,000 Sq.Ft.$1,450/month single occupancy+ $65/month for double occupancy
All duplexes are rented unfurnished.

Fully accessible bathroom features a walk-in shower & lots of storage space.


Living room is large enough to accommodate all your furniture & still leave room for your dining room table & chairs next to the kitchen.

Bright, natural light from large windows & ample closet space in both bedrooms. Plenty of windows to brighten your day.

Duplex units are separated by single-car garages for maximum privacy. Yards & gardens are maintained by Stillwaters grounds crews.

Duplex Features:

  • Gated Community: Entrance gates are open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Residents can gain access with a gate opener issued by the office. Entering can also be granted remotely (from home) when visitors use the kiosk outside the gate. Coded entry is allowed through a walk-through gate at both entrances.
  • Washer and dryer included with each individual apartment.
  • Garbage and Recycle included. (No curbside service available)
  • Basic extended Comcast cable TV included.
  • Monitored Fire Alarm: Monitored 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
  • Bi-monthly blood pressure check. This service is available for your convenience.
  • Vegetable garden areas are available for your use.
  • Yard Maintenance: Your yard is kept in beautiful condition year-round. Lawns have automatic sprinkler systems.
  • Outside windows are washed twice a year.
  • Enjoy special activities at the Community Building we call “The Gathering Place.”
  • Monthly newsletters are also distributed to all residents.

Fourplex: Currently we don’t have any fourplex apartments available.


The skylight, two overhead lights, and plenty of space make this a great galley-style kitchen.

Bay windows let light into the second bedroom or den/office– however you choose to use the room.

The spacious Living Room is large enough to accommodate all of your furniture.

Lots of closet space, along with a full-sized washer & dryer, make this a complete & efficient bedroom.

Each fourplex apartment unit shares an L-shaped fourth of the total building.

All fourplex apartments are single-level floor plans with private entrances and carport parking.

Fourplex Apartment Features

Renters Covenants

Renting is limited to those 50 years of age or older and without children residing in the family home with the resident.

  • NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENTS OR PUBLIC PLACES. RESIDENTS OR VISITORS NOT COMPLYING WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. Smoking is a health concern, and Stillwaters is committed to a good health environment.
  • Lease Terms: A lease shall be considered a one-year lease. Following the first year, rental is on a month-by-month basis.
  • Vacating Notice: One month’s notice must be given before moving.
  • Deposits: A seven hundred fifty dollar ($750.00) non-refundable, security and termination fee is required. If renter has a pet(s), an additional non-refundable fee of $1,000 is required. A refundable gate opener deposit is $25 each for resident(s); $50 each for family member.
  • Rental Fee: The rental fee will need to be paid between the first and sixth of each month.
  • Guests: Guests are welcome to visit for a period of two (2) weeks. Beyond that time, management should be consulted. Care persons giving 24-hour care are to be considered a second person occupying the apartment.
  • Noise Curfew: As a courtesy to Residents, noise should be curtailed between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. daily.
  • Carport Parking: Carport parking is for residents, not guests or caregivers. An assigned spot will be given on a first come, first served basis for those who have a car. Unfortunately, parking two vehicles in carport areas is not possible. Spaces are limited.
  • Vehicle Parking: Vehicles may not be parked at the curb except on a temporary basis.
  • Pets: Ownership of a small house pet is allowed. A signed “pet contract” is required which addresses rules and expectations. A non-refundable pet fee of $1000 is required.
  • Air conditioning units: Heavy window air conditioning units are no longer allowed due to recent experience when the window warps and the entire window needs to be replaced. Mold and mildew also typically occurs with these window units which is not good for your health. We recommend purchasing a portable air conditioner (available at home improvement stores) which is easier to store and can be used in any window.
  • Carbon Monoxide Detectors: A law went into effect in 2013 which required a carbon monoxide detector be installed in all rental units. This device is the property of Stillwaters Estates and will need to stay in the apartment when you move out.  If missing, there will be a charge of $50.
  • Power of Attorney: Prior to move-in, all renters must provide Stillwaters a copy of a properly executed Power of Attorney for health care decisions. This is mandatory before occupancy.

Stillwaters Estates complies with Federal Fair Housing Laws prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, familial status, and disability in the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in its housing programs and activities. Stillwaters Estates is also Fair Housing compliant regarding State, County and City definitions of protected classes. The Fair Housing / 504 Coordinator has been designated to coordinate compliance with the nondiscrimination requirements contained in the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s regulations implementing Section 504 (24 CFR, part 8 dated June 2, 1988).
